The common commission of the National Dialogue which is relevant for activating the Identification Card of the disabled held its first meeting within the axis of the rights of women, children and special needs, In order to take the necessary measures for activating the card. CIO was selected as the first responsible side and the Ministry of Human Rights and Social Development was responsible as the second.

The meeting resulted that the diagnosis of registration mechanism for disabilities will be in the Ministries of Health and Human Rights and Social Development and to identify the concepts and classifications and the evidence used when registering people in the agencies concerned in order to standardization in preparation to activate the Identification Card for the disabled.
