A royal decree to rename the Central Informatics Organization

Issued by, HM King Hamad Decree 19 to amend Decree No. 38 of 2002 and Decree No. 13 of 2008 on the renaming and organizing the CIO:

In article (1) rename the Central Informatics organization as the "Central Informatics and Communication Organisation" (CICO) and its President as President of the Central Informatics and Communication Organisation.

In article (2) of the same Royal Decree, items 4 and 5 will be added to article (1) of Royal Decree (13) for 2008 as follows:

4. Directorate of Wireless Licenses, Frequencies and Control

5. Directorate of Communications.

In article (3), everything that contradicts with the provisions of the Decree will be cancelled.
